what we collect

Your date, time and place of birth, your name and gender, and the questions you ask — your chart and your readings are built from these. A device identifier, so that a free reading is counted once. Photographs of your palm or eye — only if you attach them yourself. Your email and password — only if you create an account. A notification token — only if you turn notifications on. Simple usage events, such as "a reading was requested", so the app works and counts money correctly.

why

To calculate your natal chart, write your readings, keep your book of them, and — if you have an account — to carry all of it with you to a new phone.

where it is kept

On our own server. We do not sell your data.

who sees it

The text of your question and your chart are sent to the language and voice providers that write and narrate the reading. An attached photograph of a palm or an eye is sent to a vision model that describes what is visible in it — we do not keep the photograph itself, only that description. If you take out a subscription, the payment is handled by Google and RevenueCat, and we are told only that the subscription is active, not your payment details.

how long it is kept

Until you delete your account. Individual records — of completed purchases, for example — may be kept longer where app store or tax rules require it.

your rights

You can export or delete your data at any moment from your profile inside the app, or from the account deletion page on this site without the app.

changes

This policy may change along with the app. If you keep using Orkal after a change, you accept the new policy.
